Chicken Macaroni Salad

Whenever I attend a fiesta, party, or eat-all-you-can restaurant, I usually look for my favorite food — chicken macaroni salad. Most of my friends know about this craving because I often ask them to prepare my favorite salad so that I will prioritize their party invitations. Hehehe.

I first tasted this salad during my 10th birthday party. My mom made it so delicious that I ended up eating only the salad and ignoring the other food. Since then, I have always asked her to prepare my favorite salad whenever we have gatherings at home.

Last week, I tried making my own version of it and took a photo. And voila! Let’s eat!
